We have to admit it: we all love social networks. Either if we talk about Facebook, Twitter or Myspace, we all enjoy having a bunch a "friends" that we don't know that keep visiting our profile and leave comments. Because ANYBODY likes popularity! And as you can get it for free, it's even better.
So, how can we use social networks to make money. It's not that hard to figure it out ... you have to build a good profile with a lot of contacts, and than simply promote whatever you like. Or even better, you can use your own profile that is already filled up with family and friends to promote your links. Don't try to complicate things by making affiliation with the social networks or this kind of bullshits! A lot of traffic from social networks go for others sites and products and that's a known fact.
What i think that is more valuable than any other social networks is Facebook. Why? because here you can make a profile to a specific product, as they have this kind of options on the account creation page. So, let's say you have a website that you want to promote. You make a profile for it and than put a LIKE button on your webpage and voila! you got the connections you need to build up from social networks. Invite as much friends as you can, send message, update your profile daily... and your steps to success are already founded.
Again, spam is something that i don't recommend. I know you can get more click if you use a big boobs picture instead of the real thing, but once they reached your website... the results will be less than nothing. Believe me!
Also, don't forget about forum, video networks and other sorts of communities that uses profile. You can include everywhere you link and who knows where you can find the snow ball that make the avalanche.
